Columbia Steak House receives "Top Notch" award

Columbia Steak House is proud to add another high-end culinary distinction, having received a "Top Notch Award" in this year's ‘’Χρυσοί Σκούφοι’’ award.
Held by the Athens-based Athinorama Magazine and Phileleftheros Media Group, the prestigious ‘’Χρυσοί Σκούφοι’’ is the most prominent Greek gastronomy award. Since 1993‘’Χρυσοί Σκούφοι’’ has been dedicated to rewarding the best restaurants in Greece and Cyprus.
Despite tough competition, Columbia Steak House shined through, receiving one of the highest ratings among Cyprus restaurants. Only 12 venues managed to get a "Top Notch" award, and our restaurant ranked among the top!
The ‘’Χρυσοί Σκούφοι’’ tasting committee anonymously visits restaurants all over Cyprus, and each critic rates every dish. The final rating is the average of all critics in each restaurant, with the criteria being: quality of ingredients, chef's skills and technique, the balance of flavours, imaginative combinations, innovative ingredients, the aesthetic appearance of the dishes and finally, general dish presentation.
