The Cyprus Eating Awards is the largest gastronomical institution on the island, aiming to reward local restaurants which hold the industry bar high, with the criteria of food quality, dish presentation, hygiene, atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant, dish flow, service, cava selections and value.
