17/09/2015 “Lest someone see its beauty. Or suspect that maybe it does not exist” Schoeller Holdings, chaired by Mr. Heinrich Schoeller, is proud to present its latest artistic innovation! In support of photographer Mr. Akis Kleovoulou, together they have amassed a beautiful collection of photographs of Lemesos and its surrounding areas. The photographs were accumulated over the past year and a half and have been put together in a collection for the book “Lemesos”. Including the richness of the countryside, beaches, and mountains; the sumptuous colours of the various flora, trees and vineyards; the picturesque architecture of both the village, city and church buildings, along with the historical and archeological ruins and mosaics. This is a book that concentrates the essence and ambience of Limassol within its pages. History of Limassol researcher, Mr. Titos Kolotas, was the Textual editor; and has included, in both English and Greek, rousing poetry as the perfect accompaniment to the photographs. The book launch was held in conjunction with a photographic exhibition at the Venue Centre of the Columbia Plaza, in the centre of Limassol, on 3rd November 2009. The photographic exhibition ran from the 3rd November until the 5th November 2009. “All these colours!
